The Key to a Healthy & Happy Life
Starts With You
Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start on your path to emotional well-being?
We're here to help you take the first step toward clarity and healing.

A story tells of a man who noticed a cocoon in the grass while walking on his property. His impatience grew as he watched it emerge, and he decided to help by cutting it open. A beautiful butterfly emerged but quickly curled up and died. The man was shocked to realize that by interrupting the natural process, he had deprived the butterfly of the struggles needed for its survival.
About Me
Hi, I’m Judith
Hello, my professional experiences have been about helping women 55+ overcome their lifespan challenge, and make lasting changes to their life. With a rich background in nursing, Feng Shui, and Complementary therapies, my approach is designed to address the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.

Credentials & Expertise:
I bring extensive formal training in health and wellness, Healthcare Management, Project and Career Management, as well as Adult Education.
In addition, I am a Certified Master Coach, Certified Master Hypnotherapist, and Certified TimeLine Therapist. I’ve worked with individuals, organizations, and groups as a coach, educator, and consultant, helping people navigate their changes.

With over 15 years as a professional life coach and 25+ years in adult education and management, I guide individuals seeking to make changes in non-serving patterns. I offer an individualized, objective, private, and supportive approach. My unique health care meshed with my energy-based coaching empowers clients to make better decisions, develop new skills, and transform their mindset for success.
My Approach to Coaching
My client-centered approach is guided by two main life theories:

-
Martha Rogers' Science of Unitary Human Being: This model views individuals as unified with their environment, emphasizing the integral connection between the two. I embedded her classic nursing and energy background with my philosophy as a nurse.
-
Ancient Chinese Philosophy: According to Chinese philosophy, we lives are governed by five facets: Fate, Luck, Feng Shui, Virtue, and Education. These aspects are captured in the triad of Heaven, Earth, and Man. While Heaven is fixed, Earth and Man can be influenced by conscious choices and virtues.

By working with these principles, I help clients shift their energy and focus to make sustainable changes in their lifestyle, habits, and overall well-being.

My Work with Referrals*
I accept referrals from physicians, mental health professionals, and community agencies when clients are within my scope of practice.

How my approach differs:
Unlike more transactional or case-focused services, my coaching takes a holistic approach to your life, providing an individualized assessment and guidance that addresses the personal aspects of your life and uses this to help you have a unique coaching experience. In addition to other techniques used, I work with you on practical steps (like preparing for job interviews, researching career options, or making educational choices) and offer one-to-one support to help you build the confidence and skills necessary to succeed.
Ongoing Support & Follow-Up:
Most traditional services tend to help you manage immediate situations and are short-term or event-driven, such as a police report or a social service intervention. My coaching helps you focus on long-term goals, making sure you’re building a life you love, not just recovering from one crisis to the next. The amount of follow-up depends on the client’s needs. Support usually up to six months, and is tailored to your specific needs. It is an important element to make sure you have not reverted to old habits.
Deep Dive into Life Decisions:
My coaching service helps you to understand your energy and habits to make better . You learn new facets of your personality and habits. As a private coach, I help you take a to key lifestyle and personal decisions, ensuring that you’re not just surviving, but thriving.

Coaching Standards:
Client Safety and Professional Boundaries
As a certified professional with extensive training, I ensure that all my coaching, therapeutic practices, and guidance follow legal and ethical standards. I adhere strictly to my scope of practice and the nursing act to ensure the safety and privacy of all clients."
Scope Of Practice and Client Suitability:
My services are designed to support personal growth, healing, and wellness, but are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. In order to serve my clients safely and effectively, any individual with an acute health issue(s) must have a referral from the attending/prescribing healthcare provider before becoming a personal coaching client. I also coach in a team approach with other professionals when appropriate, ensuring a collaborative approach to your coaching experience."
Client Consent & Confidentiality:
Because of the sensitivity of my client information, confidentiality is a foundation of my practice. I respect the privacy of all clients and will only share information with your written permission, as required by law, or to ensure client (or public) safety and well-being."
Client Assessment for Coaching:
I conduct an initial consultation to assess your unique needs, are within my scope of practice, and ensure that we are a good fit. This also provides an opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions you might have before we begin working together."
Professional Boundaries:
As a Life Coach with a varied skillset, I function within a specific scope of practice. My work is guided by ethical guidelines and legal frameworks which require me to operate under the practice of coaching. I do not operate as a Registered Nurse, or Primary and Secondary healthcare provider. During the course of our coaching sessions, if I feel another professional healthcare provider (nurse, physician, mental health, other healthcare professional) is needed I will require a referral to continue coaching sessions. This is essential to ensure the client has collaborative approach. These guidelines ensure the highest level of safety and care for all my clients."
Team Conferences & Community Committees:
Because I believe coaching, like other healthcare practices, has opportunities for collaboration, I offer my expertise in providing education, team conference and community committee availability for community agencies. This may be accomplished through contributing to team discussions, providing client insights, or advising on strategies for supporting individual client development. My goal is to help create a collaborative environment where clients can succeed.

Provide Alternative Solutions for High-Risk Clients:
If your needs fall outside my scope of practice, I can refer you to trusted professionals who specialize in areas such as mental health, family or couples counseling, medical care, or other therapeutic interventions. To continue working with me in my coaching capacity, a referral is required from the attending/prescribing healthcare provider to continue coaching.

A Holistic Approach to Personal Growth:
I understand that everyone's journey is unique. Drawing from my studies in Complementary and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I assess each client’s individual needs, focusing on their energy, habits, and values. Unlike corporate or HR-based coaching, I offer a tailored, confidential space where clients gain clarity, strength, and accountability.
